    I think in-person visits are more beneficial than zoom based visits. Primarily because I can see the reports she's viewing on her screen and ask more specific questions. The pro was I didn't have to drive over there and hunt for a parking space. Bey answered the one question I brought to the meeting.

    Bey was hugely thorough with questions, information imparted and action plan strategies to help solve my problem with insomnia. Whereas, I've explored a multitude of avenues to solve my issue of insomnia (in conjunction with the earlier diagnosed OSA), she left me with optimism.
