About This Event

Certified application counselors (CAC's) from St. John's Health are offering free appointments to Teton County, WY residents. CAC's can assist with the application process and help determine a person's monthly premium through the healthcare.gov Marketplace. CAC's provide one-hour appointments via Zoom through January 15, 2022.

A limited number of appointments are available, so please call 307.739.7435 for availability.
