Can I make my gift online?
Yes! You can use your credit card to give online now through St. John’s Health Foundation’s secure online giving page.
Where do I send my gift? How do I make out the check?
All checks can be made out to St. John’s Health Foundation. Please add any additional gift details in the memo line and mail to:

Can I make a gift via phone call?
If you would like to make a gift by credit card or speak with a member
of our team, please call
307.739.7512 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Mountain time, Monday through Friday.
If you call outside business hours or during the weekend, please leave
a message and your call will be returned during the next business day.
How do I make my gift in honor or memory of someone?
Any gift can be made in memory or in honor of someone. When making your gift, please write the name of the person you wish to honor in the online donation form or in the memo portion of a check addressed to St. John’s Health Foundation.
Please provide the mailing address of the honoree so that we can notify them of your generous gift.
Can my gift be automatically deducted from my credit card?
Yes! You can either select “monthly” donations via the online donation page or call to set up monthly giving with a member of the Foundation team by calling 307.739.7512.
Can my employer match my gift to St. John’s Health Foundation?
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, St. John’s Health Foundation is eligible for matching gift programs of participating corporations, foundations and organizations. Please notify our office if you have submitted your donation as a match so that we can attribute the gift to you properly.
Is my gift tax-deductible?
St. John's Health Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and your contributions are therefore tax-deductible. Our tax identification number is 83-0325788.
To ensure that we have received your gift and to provide you with a receipt for tax purposes, we will send you a letter documenting the gift amount.
