Jim Auge

Biography

Jim Auge is the Vice President and Co-Owner of Teton Motors, Inc. the only family-owned and full-service automotive dealership in Jackson Hole. Teton Motors was founded by the Auge family and has served northwestern Wyoming for over 50 years.

After graduating from the University of Wyoming, Jim worked at Price Waterhouse and Fideilty National Title, a publicy held title insurance company. He returned to Jackson in 1991 with his wife Carolyn and two canine companions to enter the family business. Community service has always been a priority for the family. Accordingly, Jim has held leadership roles in Rotary, the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce, Community Safety Network, Teton Youth and Family Services and the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole. In 2011, he was recognized as the Business Person of the Year by the Teton Board of Realtors and is a past president of the Wyoming Auto Dealers Association. Jim currently serves on the Board of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming.

Jim and his wife Carolyn enjoy all that Wyoming has to offer along with their three dogs and one feisty cat.
