Ross Hartley

Biography

Ross is a private investor and runs a small venture capital firm. He is the Co-Founder and past Director of NIC, Inc. (EGOV) an investor-owned company that has been a leader in providing e-government solutions for federal, state and local governments since 1991. He was also the past Director at Empire District Electric Company (EDE). Ross was a long-time leader in the independent insurance business and has varied experience on both public and private boards including significant experience serving on Finance and Audit Committees.
