Biography

With more than 15 years of international experience spanning human capital strategy, global mobility, and organizational transformation, Tina has built a distinguished career advising leading global brands and institutions. She brings deep expertise in workforce strategy, governance, and talent development.

Previously, she led Global Mobility and People Operations at Burberry in London, where she partnered with senior leadership to strengthen the company’s global workforce, enhance employee engagement, and support business expansion across key markets. Her leadership extended to major strategic projects, including Burberry’s supply chain acquisition in Italy and participation on the company’s Brexit Committee.

Earlier in her career, Tina spent nearly a decade with Ernst & Young (EY) in London, New York, and Boston, where she managed complex global HR and mobility programs for FTSE 500 and multinational clients in the consumer goods and retail sectors. Her work focused on compliance, governance, and cross-border workforce optimization.

Her career began with an internship at the United Nations Information Center, where she developed her global outlook and communication skills.

She holds a BA in Management and Business Administration from the University of Reading and is a qualified member of the Association of Tax Technicians in the UK.

Tina has served as a Director of St. John’s Health Foundation since 2026.
