Whether you prefer to give online, by mail, or by phone, there are several easy ways to support St. John’s Health.

Credit Card Donations

Making a gift by credit card is a simple and secure way to support St. John’s Health. One-time and recurring donations can be made online through our secure giving page, or by phone with a member of the Foundation team.

Monthly Giving

Monthly giving offers an easy way to make a lasting impact throughout the year. Gifts are automatically charged to your credit card each month, providing steady support for the programs and services our community relies on. Monthly gifts can be set up online or by calling the Foundation office at 307.739.7512, and adjustments can be made at any time.

Check Donations

Gifts by check are always welcome and appreciated. Checks should be made payable to St. John’s Health Foundation, with any special instructions or designations noted in the memo line. Please mail your gift to:

Giving by Phone

Donors who prefer to give by phone or speak directly with a member of our team may call 307.739.7512 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. Messages left outside business hours or on weekends will be returned during regular business hours.

Gifts in Honor or Memory

Any gift may be made in honor or in memory of someone special. When giving online, simply include the individual’s name in the designated field. For check donations, please note the honoree’s name in the memo line so we can ensure your gift is acknowledged appropriately.

St. John's Health Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and your contributions are therefore tax-deductible. Our tax identification number is 83-0325788.

To ensure that we have received your gift and to provide you with a receipt for tax purposes, we will send you a letter documenting the gift amount.
