Contact your broker to initiate the transfer. Be sure to inform them that
you would like to donate the assets to St. John’s Health Foundation
in Jackson, WY.
Provide our brokerage information, which is available by download here.
Notify us of your donation: Once you have initiated the transfer, please contact a member of our team. We will need to know the name of the stock, the number of shares, and the approximate date of the transfer.
Receive acknowledgement of your donation: Once the transfer is complete, we will acknowledge your donation and provide you with a tax receipt for your records.
