About This Event

Join Freeskiing World Tour Champion and Founder of Mountain Mind Project, Sasha Dingle for a meditation course to support those living with Type 1 Diabetes.

Based on the evidence-based MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and mPEAK (MindfulPerformance Enhancement, Awareness & Knowledge) programs, mindfulness allows you to make choices that support you, your health, your performance, and what you want most in your life.

Immersive Program Includes:

  • Weekend Retreat on November 19-20 (Saturday 9-5 pm, Sunday 9-3 pm) in the Wellness Flex Space at St. John's Health
  • Individual intake session
  • Access to guided meditation recordings
  • Ongoing post-program support

Space is limited. Register by November 4th. Thanks to support from St. John’s Health Foundation, total cost per participant is $100.

About Sasha Dingle:

Sasha is the Founder and Director of Mountain Mind Project. She is a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher by the UCSD School of Medicine MBPTI. As a meditation teacher she facilitates mindfulness programs to an international client audience in the areas of leadership development, healthcare, education, and sports mental fitness. Sasha has competed on the Freeskiing World Tour and Freeride World Tour, and she integrates her background in world-class action sports competition with meditation practice for accessible programs to train the mind.
