Patient Experience at St. John’s Health

“Patient experience” is the sum of all interactions shaped by an organization’s culture that influences the patient’s overall perception of the organization. In other words, it’s the all-encompassing indicator of a patient’s satisfaction. While it is critical to provide the best services possible, it is also essential that attention is paid to the details surrounding personal comfort, privacy, and gratification. When patients are more satisfied, more comfortable, less stressed, and in a healing environment, they recover faster.

We have worked to make your patient experience as straightforward as possible by streamlining our visiting regulations, billing procedures, and medical record access.
