Hospital patients can greatly benefit from visits from friends and loved ones. Our visiting policies are designed to make your trip to the health system more convenient, and to ensure the privacy and safety of all of our patients.
We offer guests assistance with the following features:
Please review the information below to learn more about visiting services and regulations. You can also call Guest Services at 307-739-4991 Mondays through Fridays from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Choices Cafe is staffed weekdays from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, offering a variety of hot meals, grill specials, a salad bar, and delicious desserts. Patients and guests can order from room service on weekends and evenings.
Financial assistance is available to patients and their caregivers who are receiving treatment at St. John’s Health. For more information about St. John’s Health Foundation and its patient resources, email Chris Clabuesch at cclabuesch@stjohns.health or call 307-739-7506.
The use of cellphones is restricted in some areas of the health system. Please look for posted signs or ask a staff member.
Frequent hand washing is the best defense against infection. To help protect our patients from infection, all visitors should thoroughly wash their hands. You can also use the alcohol-based foam dispensers on the walls throughout the health system.
The Hitching Post Lodge at St. John’s Health provides accommodations for patients and visitors to the health system. It is conveniently located across the street from the medical campus.
For more than 20 years the Hitching Post Lodge has housed patients and families for short-term stays. It also serves as on-call housing for employees and a safe harbor when adverse weather challenges our commuting healthcare workers.
Call 307.733.2606 for reservations and availability.
Tobacco use is not permitted anywhere on the health system campus. Ask our staff about nicotine-replacement therapy and other resources to help you quit smoking.
We provide free wireless internet service to patients and families from their personal laptop computers and smartphones.
