St. John’s Clinical Laboratory
Teton County Lab Services
The St. John’s Clinical Lab perform a variety of routine fluid and
simple tests, as well as numerous more specialized tests. Additionally,
the facility is equipped with a non-profit community blood bank that provides
compatible blood donations to medical centers throughout Wyoming and Montana.
The laboratory is conveniently located, so patients can visit the lab without
having to travel, and our staff can quickly order lab tests for patients
in critical need. The lab is staffed 24/7 in case of emergencies.
The laboratory staff is made up of licensed medical technologists meeting
all CLIA ’88 requirements. Our lab has also received accreditation
from the Commission on Laboratory Accreditation of the College of American
Pathologists. This means we have been officially recognized for our high
standards of patient care and are capable of conducting laboratory testing
at the highest complexity level.

- Routine blood and body fluid analysis
- Therapeutic drug monitoring
- Culturing and antibiotic sensitivity
- Virus identification
- Blood donations and storage
- Transfer of tissue samples to the local Anatomic Pathology lab
Our lab technicians are detail oriented and efficient. We keep local care
providers up to date about new testing opportunities and commit ourselves
to fast test turnaround.
