About This Event
St. John's Health offers monthly American Heart Association HeartSaver CPR AED & First Aid classes designed to empower you with life-saving skills. Whether you're a new parent, grandparent, caregiver, or simply want to be prepared for emergencies, this course will provide you with the confidence to act when someone needs help.
The class combines approximately 2 hours of convenient online learning with a hands-on, in-person skills session where you'll practice essential techniques under expert guidance.
Spanish-speaking instruction and Spanish-language online content are available upon request. Please inquire upon registration.
