About Jonathan
Dr. Jonathan Boltax, board certified in pulmonary medicine and critical care, completed medical school at Temple University before completing both his residency and a fellowship at the University of Utah. Driven by a passion to help people in distress — and a profound fascination for the ways in which lungs work and support every other body system — Dr. Boltax has a particular interest in patients with interstitial lung disease, sarcoidosis and those in need of pulmonary function testing. He loves getting to know his patients and their families, helping them cultivate an understanding of their disease or illness and improving both their breathing and overall health. Outside of the hospital, he can be found reading, traveling, playing guitar, enjoying the mountains or improving his Spanish language skills.
