About Katrina
Katrina Rush is a Certified Hand Therapist specializing in the treatment of hand, wrist, and elbow conditions, from traumatic injuries and post-surgical recovery to conditions like arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and tendinitis. She earned her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Husson University and holds additional certifications in lymphedema and wound care. Achieving her CHT credential required more than 4,000 hours of hands-on clinical experience and a rigorous certification exam, a milestone that deepened her expertise in upper extremity anatomy and rehabilitation.
Katrina is known for her creative approach to patient care, whether she's fabricating a custom splint or dreaming up an adaptive device that gets a patient back on their bike or ski pole sooner. She's especially passionate about working with Jackson's active community, helping patients set meaningful goals and celebrate every milestone along the way, from buttoning a shirt to returning to the trail.
Originally from New York, Katrina moved to Jackson in 2018 after falling in love with the mountains. When she's not in the clinic, she's probably outside trying yet another mountain sport, from skiing and climbing to her newest pursuit: ice hockey.
