About Martha

Martha Stearn, MD, founded St. John’s Cognitive Health in 2009. She is Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurology at the University of Utah, where she completed a mini-fellowship focused on memory disorders at the Center for Alzheimer’s Care, Imaging and Research in 2008. She has been featured in numerous Wyoming Public Radio and Wyoming Public Television pieces related to Alzheimer’s disease. Dr. Stearn is a practicing internist, as well as Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Washington. She received her medical degree at the University of Rochester.

    I am so thankful Dr. Stearn thought we should do blood work. It revealed a very low HGB/HCT. Now we are on a hunt to find the cause of that. I did not connect the dots of how poorly I was feeling with anemia.

    Dr. Martha Stearn has been my doctor for 35 years ever since she came to St John's Hospital to practice. I have complete confidence in her medical care of me through the years. she is kind, patient, thorough, and smiles and puts me at ease while discussing my care of Diabetes 2 , blood clots, general health. always IISTENS AND WE WORK ON MY PROBLEMS TOGETHER.
