Join us for a special Mindfulness Hike. This experience is designed to give you the opportunity to connect with nature, practice mindfulness, and enjoy a peaceful, supportive environment.
Event Details:
- Meeting Location: Hospital parking lot across the street (patient/employee parking area)
- Transportation: Provided from the meeting location to Teton National Park with our hiking guides
- What’s Included: Water and snacks will be provided
Our guides will lead us through a beautiful hike in Teton National Park while incorporating mindfulness practices along the way. This is a great opportunity to relax, recharge and enjoy the outdoors together.
