Learn about advances in prostate cancer as well as local services for the diagnosis, staging, and treatment for a variety of cancers.
The 2018 Cancer Summit features keynote speaker Jonathan Tward, MD, PhD, an HCI researcher and radiation oncologist, presenting on advances in prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment.
Following Dr. Tward’s presentation, the Summit will feature a panel of physicians from the HCI and SJMC medical staffs who regularly care for cancer patients. The panel will focus on the diagnosis and treatments available for St. John's cancer patients, including brachytherapy, which will be available in the fall to treat prostate, breast, skin, and some gynecological cancers.
