After seeing my xrays she was very helpful in explaining what was ruled out; fractures separations and said was likely a tear in rotator cuff which proved to be exactly right after follow up with orthopedist. she also encouraged me to take pictures of my X-ray with my cell phone. am whic I was able to show to orthopedist. Moved my entire treatment process along more quickly once I met with Orthopedist. She was perfect.

Once again, all persons involved with what I was concerned about were great. As pertaining to question 5, i believe most of the care providers in Jackson are part of St. Johns, so my answer is yes, unless you want to drive a few hours.

this was the 11th bone break fir my son who is 13. even he commented on how thorough the exam was, how kind and informative the doctor was and confident he felt with their diagnosis.

Cece was great. Very kind and a good virtual "bedside manner." She asked good questions and seemed genuinely interested in me and my medical problem, despite it not being severe or particularly interesting. She made recommendations but also wanted to hear my thoughts as well, which I appreciated.

Cecelia Tramburg was great! She shared pictures and information with me about my arm and what the possibilities might be for moving forward. She was extremely kind and patient as well as thorough with my care. She also let me know whenever we were waiting on a call from the hospital. Many thanks!
