Dr. Trott listens, reflects and communicates very effectively. Very caring, extremely knowledgeable/competent and personable. Doesn't push unnecessary procedures but does thoroughly explain the issues at hand and all available options; encourages and respects patient autonomy regarding their personal healthcare decisions.
