Discounted Year Round Blood Testing in Jackson Hole

St. John's Health is continuing to provide its popular wellness blood screenings year-round at deeply discounted prices. Adults age 18 and older are eligible for the discounted pricing once during a 12-month period with a valid order from a local provider.

The following tests are available through your provider:

• Chemistry profile – Fasting Required ($35)
• CBC ($10)
• Hemoglobin A1c - diabetes screening ($10)
• Vitamin D-25 Hydroxy ($30)

What is Blood Screening?

Your blood can tell doctors a lot about your overall health condition. A lot of conditions can be diagnosed through a blood test before symptoms manifest, giving you a chance to start treatment early.

Wellness Blood Draw Appointments

After meeting with your provider and obtaining a preventative labs order, please make an appointment by calling St. John's Scheduling at 307-739-7531. Payment due at time of service. Results will be sent to the ordering provider and will be available in the patient portal upon finalization.
