Well-being Coaches are partners for individuals seeking self-directed, lasting changes that align with one’s values and enhance well-being. Coaches follow the six pillars of lifestyle medicine, which include a whole-food, plant-forward eating pattern, physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, positive social connections, and avoidance of risky substances, to enhance overall wellness.
Our team takes an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to your well-being. In addition, our coaches are trained to help clients develop and implement personal wellness plans by meeting you where are you today, setting realistic and achievable goals, building a supportive environment for success, harnessing strengths to overcome obstacles, and seeing obstacles as opportunities to learn and grow.
