2/21/23 Update on Board Appointment Process

Six candidates are under consideration for the existing Board of Trustees vacancy. Candidate interviews will be held on February 28, 2023 from 8:00 to 10:00 am. For more information on board candidacy, visit our Board webpage to view submissions from each candidate, a list of prospective interview questions, and desired attributes.The public may listen to the interviews via Zoom. At 2:30 pm, the Board of Trustees will enter Executive Session to discuss the candidates. Due to confidentiality in accordance with Wyoming State Statute, the Executive Session will be open to Trustees only. The Trustees will vote to select a new Trustee in the Public Session of the meeting, which begins at 4:00 pm.
