Gros Ventre OB/GYN and St. John's Health would like to share an update about Ob/Gyn care in our community. The partnership between Gros Ventre OB/GYN and St. John’s Health (SJH) has reached an important milestone: over the past two years together, we have successfully recruited two more physicians to be able to provide women's health services in Jackson and western Wyoming. We are grateful for the collaboration that has resulted in a solid team of Ob/Gyn physicians.
Because this important goal has been achieved, Gros Ventre OB/GYN and SJH OB/GYN will begin operating out of separate clinic spaces.
Clinic locations, effective January 5, 2026, are as follows:
- Gros Ventre OB/GYN providers Dr. Maura Lofaro and Dr. Shannon Roberts will see patients in Suite 201 of the SJH Professional Office Building (POB). Christina Kitchen, C-FNP will be on an extended leave of absence to care for her ailing parents on the east coast. The Teton Laser Center will be in the same office suite as Gros Ventre OB/GYN.
- SJH OB/GYN providers Dr. Tim Bussert, Dr. Natalie Meadows Eggleston (joining the group in January), and certified nurse midwife Joanna Sheets will see patients in Suite 108 of the same building.
- The SJH Internal Medicine - Jackson clinic, which is currently in Suite 201, will move to Suite 108 alongside the SJH OB/GYN team.
Important information for currently pregnant OB/GYN patients:
- If your due date is prior to January 1, you can keep your scheduled appointments under our integrated practice model.
- If your due date is January 1 or later, you can keep your scheduled appointments through January 1, and our support staff will help you schedule your remaining pregnancy/delivery/postpartum care with your selection of Gros Ventre OB/GYN or SJH OB/GYN.
- Drs. Roberts, Lofaro, Bussert, and Meadows Eggleston will continue a collaborative night and weekend call schedule.
Information for Gynecology and New Obstetrical Patients:
- All Gynecology patients will continue to be scheduled with the provider of their choice.
- For future pregnancy/delivery/postpartum care, patients have two great options – Gros Ventre OB/GYN and SJH OB/GYN. Both practices are accepting new patients.
Having set out two years ago to stabilize women’s health services, we are pleased to have expanded from three providers to five providers. We are proud of our accomplishments and our ongoing collaboration, and it’s our great privilege to serve the women of Teton County and surrounding communities.
