Dr. Mullen has a very good way of explaining what I needed to know and his opinion of what needs to be done. My wife was a nurse and we felt well informed.

Best experience with a specialist I have had. He explained so much to me that I had never been told before. And he took the time to talk and listen...and made you feel like you were the only patient, even though he had many. Amd even though I was late due to bad roads, he took the time to talk about my health, explain things e tc, as if I was the only patient for the day...when a doctor does that you don't ever mind waiting for them, be cause you know he is being thoughtful, kind and attentive to each of his patients. It was an awesome experience.

I never felt rushed and I felt the entire staff listened to my explanations and concerns.
