Employee Worksite Wellness Resources

Employees of St. John's Health have access to health and wellness education through the Wellness Department. This programming gives employees a chance to live a healthier lifestyle as they journey toward optimal health.

Meditation Training

Meditation is similar to the word “sport” in that it describes a variety of exercises with different training outcomes. This self-paced and flexible program allows you to customize your meditation practice based on your specific life and needs.

Beyron Zecher, St. John’s Health Sleep Medicine Nurse Practitioner, is kicking off Wellness’s Well Rested program for SJH staff. Classes include sleep education, financial health, substance workshop, pilates, cooking class, and more.
