Customize Your Meditation Program

Meditation is similar to the word “sport” in that it describes a variety of exercises with different training outcomes. This program features two types of meditation: mindfulness and compassion training. Mindfulness cultivates awareness to make choices that support you, your wellness and what matters to you. Compassion helps to counter the inner critic or perfectionism.

This self-paced and flexible program allows you to customize your meditation practice based on your specific life and needs. Click on each of our four meditation training pathways to learn which stress markers are supported by each type. Finally, choose a pathway to be “your” regular practice. Each pathway features a short or a long guided meditation.
