This meditation pathway offers mindfulness meditation that can be completed while doing other activities. On-the-go mindfulness from a short pause, or paired with walking, supports you when you feel sluggish, distracted or need the stress-busting effects of movement. You might first try the Breathing Space or Walking Meditation with the guided recording, and then feel free to bring the same mindful attention to more vigorous exercise.

Customize Your Practice:

Try out this meditation especially if your signature thoughts/feelings/body sensations/impulses/behaviors when stressed look like: feeling stuck, distracting pain, tension in body, low energy, too much energy, distracting thoughts, anxiety, PTSD, or feeling of not enough time.
