Martha Stearn, MD, Founding Director

Martha StearnDr. Stearn founded St. John’s Cognitive Health in 2009. She is Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurology at the University of Utah, where she completed a mini-fellowship focused on memory disorders at the Center for Alzheimer’s Care, Imaging and Research in 2008. She has been featured in numerous Wyoming Public Radio and Wyoming Public Television pieces related to Alzheimer’s disease. Dr. Stearn is a practicing internist, as well as Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Washington. She received her medical training at the University of Rochester and her masters in clinical psychology from St. John’s University. Email Martha

Holly Richert, Neuropsychology Technician

Holly RichertHolly has a Master’s degree in Clinical Neuropsychology from the University of Houston and a professional Master’s degree in Health Administration from Webster University. She has worked with people with a variety of neurological challenges including concussions, severe brain injuries (including severe behavioral problems), strokes, and dementia. Holly provides neuropsychological assessments that include testing for areas of strengths and weaknesses in memory, attention, verbal and visual skills. She also provides health education and helps people find and access community resources.
