St. John’s Living Center

Jackson Hole Long-Term Care Facility

Entrusting the care of a loved one to someone else is not an easy decision, but one that can ultimately benefit both of you. St. John’s Living Center is the long-term care facility at St. John’s Health. We deeply respect the immense trust you are placing in us by allowing us to care for your loved one. Our treatment methods emphasize caring for the person, not the condition, meaning we take your concerns and your loved one’s input into consideration while managing their care.

The Living Center is a 60-bed skilled nursing facility, featuring 27 semi-private rooms and six privateBest Nursing Home Award rooms. Nurses are available 24 hours a day to assist with medication administration, nursing assessment, behavior management, treatment, and activities of daily living.

Planning for the Future

Although the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid has consistently given St. John’s Living Center a 5-star rating, we are continuously striving to expand and improve our services. We have already implemented innovative treatments and activities that help our residents enjoy a better quality of life, and these are only the start. The near future will bring in even more features that serve our patients and their families.
