Sage Living, formerly called St. John’s Living Center, is the long-term care facility at St. John’s Health. We deeply respect the immense trust you are placing in us by allowing us to care for your loved one. Our treatment methods emphasize caring for the person, not the condition, meaning we take your concerns and your loved one’s input into consideration while managing their care.
Nurses are available 24 hours a day to assist with medication administration, nursing assessment, behavior management, treatment, and activities of daily living.

Our board certified music therapist provides private individual sessions to Sage Living residents experiencing isolation, dementia, and end of life. Group music therapy sessions are also provided five days a week to address targeted needs and goal areas.
